Custom Profile Extrusions

Pyramid Plastics can offer you a wide variety of tubing, shapes, straps or coatings in most thermoplastics:  Rigid and elastic vinyl, polyethylene, polypropylene, acetate, butyrate, styrene, cycolac and kralastic ABS, nylon, urethane, and saran.

Over 40 years of experience and flexible production enable Pyramid to give prompt service on small quantities that most extruders find impractical.  We also have facilities to fabricate large production runs of consistently high quality.

Custom shapes:  Our facilities permit extrusions of all ordinary and most special shapes, on a custom basis, to your specifications.  Dies are made in our tool room or sent out to be EDM wire cut at a nominal charge.

Straps:  A large stock of dies enables us to extrude many straps, strips and tapes from 1/16" to 3" wide, thickness to your specifications, contoured or flat.
