We assure our clients that they will receive absolutely top quality products.  All of our dies are custom designed to fit each individual job and all are EDM wire cut unless otherwise specified by the customer.  We also design prints upon request using CADD LT-97.  We are equipped with nine extruders capable of producing a wide variety of profiles and coatings.  During each individual run dimensions are monitored throughout the process by use of Laser Mic, individual calipers and custom designed gauges.  Operators continuously monitor the production process and record all necessary reading throughout the entire run.
