Plastic Tubing
Pyramid Plastics offers a wide variety of tubing in most thermoplastics: Vinyl (rigid or elastic), Polyethylene, Polypropylene and many other materials.
Flexible production enables us to give prompt service on small quantities that most extruders find impractical. We also have facilities to fabricate large production runs of consistently high quality.
Pyramid Plastics has been proven an indispensable asset to many industrial and commercial companies, producing custom thermoplastic products in an almost limitless array of shapes, styles, colors and specifications.
As your specialists in Tubing Extrusion, Pyramid Plastics can produce lightweight, durable, corrosion-resistant products at prices lower than those of many other industrial materials.
Custom Profile Extrusions
Pyramid Plastics can offer you a wide variety of tubing, shapes, straps or coatings in most thermoplastics: Rigid and elastic vinyl, polyethylene, polypropylene, acetate, butyrate, styrene, cycolac and kralastic ABS, urethane, and saran.
Custom shapes: Our facilities permit extrusions of all ordinary and most special shapes, on a custom basis, to your specifications. Dies are made in our tool room or sent out to be EDM wire cut at a nominal charge.
Straps: A large stock of dies enables us to extrude many straps, strips and tapes from 1/16" to 3" wide, thickness to your specifications, contoured or flat.
Continuous Plastic Coatings
Through a unique process Pyramid Plastics has the ability to coat "Hard-to-Coat" items such as metal tubing, wire rope, wooden dowls, conduit, tube packs, flat bars and many other shapes and materials, with a smooth outer layer. Our coatings do not hinder the flexibility or the performance of the item and if you are slipping plastic tubing over straight lengths of materials Pyramid Plastics offers the coating process you need.
We are the specialists in Extrusions and Coatings. Thermoplastics have proven to be an indispensable asset in most industrial and commercial fields. Plastic coatings are durable, colorful, corrosion-resistant, inexpensive, and require less replacement and maintenance than other construction materials. Pyramid offers a nearly unlimited array of colors and specifications.
Instrument Tubing
Pyramid Plastics coats a wide variety of instrument tubing bundles, ranging from 2 tubes up to 21 tubes. A strip of mylar film is spiraled between the tubes and each layer of jacket.
Bundles contain tubing of High Density Polyethylene, Low Density Polyethylene, Copper, Aluminum, or Stainless Steel. Communication Cable can be added upon request. Copper tubes can be spiraled or run parallel. All bundles are air tested and color coded prior to shipping
Pyramid Plastics also carries, in stock, Single Line PVC and PE coated Copper in sizes of 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2", and PVC coated Aluminum tubing in sizes of 1/4" and 3/8'. All available in 100' lengths and may be produced in other lengths according to your specifications.
